 What is rakeback?

So what is rakeback? To answer this question it is probably best to start by explaining what rake is. Each hand you play, the poker room takes a fee. This rake is usually equal to about five percent of the pot, or between $0.05 and $3 (somtimes even $5). You always contribute to the rake if you are in the hand.
